The Parabolic Stop and Reverse (SAR) is a technical indicator developed by Welles Wilder. This indicator, designed for trend following, operates on the principle that a strong trend will gain momentum over time, tracing a parabolic path. By incorporating both price and time elements, it generates signals for buying and selling.

Displayed on charts as a sequence of small 'dots' positioned either above or below the price, the parabolic SAR indicates trend direction. During an upward trend, the dots appear below the price action, while in a downward trend, they are above it. It tracks price movements until a reversal is initiated.

A BUY signal occurs when the Parabolic SAR transitions from being above the price to below it, while a SELL signal is triggered when the Parabolic SAR moves from below the price to above it.

Similar to other indicators, Easy PSAR should not be solely relied upon for trading decisions but rather be utilized as a reference to identify potential trading opportunities.
